摘要
近年来国内有些学者提出了民主自治这一新理论,他们大都指出我国的自治是社会主义民主的要求,但很少有人能把民主与自治的理念和关系进行合理详细的分析与说明。实质上,自治是趋向于民主的,它和直接民主、间接民主、选举民主、协商民主等一样,是民主的一种形式,只不过这种形式要更接近于民主,而民主则只不过是民主制度的评估工具或理想蓝图。
Some domestic scholars put forward the new theory of democratic self-government.Most of them pointed out that the so-called autonomy of China is just the demand of socialist democracy.However,very few people can rationally elaborate the relationship between the concepts of democracy and autonomy.In essence,like direct democracy,indirect democracy,election democracy,and negotiation democracy,autonomy is a form of democracy to which it is more closely related.In this case,democracy is merely the evaluative tool and blue print of the democratic system.
