摘要
针对科研院所独特的培养模式，通过案例给出了科研院所在学研究生典型的心理状况，本文分析了科研院所在学研究生心理问题产生的原因，并对应对策略进行了初步的探索．
This paper base on the unique training mode of CAS to discusses the mental heath of postgraduates, then analyses their cause, at last, it propose some countermeasures.
