摘要
构建旧书回收平台，可方便学生买书、卖书或者是交换，从而达到统一管理、协调资源的目的。该文提出了一种较好的高校旧书回收平台构建策略．确定了旧书回收平台的关键业务及核心功能，为进一步实施信息化管理提供依据。
The construction of recycling the platform of secondhand book, may facilitate the student to buy the book, to sell the book or the exchange, thus achieves the goal of the global administration, the coordinated resources. The articles proposed a kind of better construction strategy of recycling the platform of university secondhand book, and have determined the essential business and the core function for the secondhand book recycling the platform, which provide the basis to further implement the information management.
