摘要
采用Na2O-B2O3-SiO2系统制备了基体玻璃,经分相和酸浸析等处理,制得了纳米多孔玻璃。采用扫描电镜(SEM)、氮吸附静态容量法(BET),测得了多孔玻璃的表面微观结构、氮吸附等温线、比表面积和孔分布曲线。探讨了组分掺杂、酸溶工艺、分相时间和温度对多孔玻璃孔径的影响,研究结果显示在SiO2含量及Na2O/B2O3保持不变的条件下,组分掺杂是调整多孔玻璃孔径方便而有效的途径。
Porous glass based on sodium borosilicate glass was prepared.The procedures include phase separation and acid treatment.The surface micro-structure of porous glass were studied by scanning electron microscope(SEM).The absorption properties of porous glass were characterized by adsorption isotherm,specific surface and pore size distribution with the help of N2 absorption.The effects of compositions doping,acid process,thermal treatment time and thermal treatment temperature on pore diameter of porous glass were studied.The results show that the most effective and convenient way of adjusting the pore size of porous glass is adulterating different compositions.
