本文根据和谐文化的鲜明价值导向作用,从抢占思想阵地紧迫性、提升自身形象的深度和人人参与整合的广度出发,构建医院和谐文化,用先进文化引领医院又好又快发展。
According to the distinctive value orientation of the harmonious culture,the problems were discussed in constructing harmonious culture in hospitals from the points as the urgency of ideological change,the depth of self - image and the width of integration which involves everyone.The hospitals shall obtain a better and quicker development by the leading of the advanced cultures.
