摘要
本文通过82个有水脉泽辐射的IRAS点源远红外特征的研究,证明了它们分属于两类天体.第一类为HII区;第二类为类OH/IR脉泽源晚型恒星.第一类源的红外辐射来自围绕HII区包层中的尘埃,尘埃被中心OB型恒星的紫外辐射加热到几十度开,其远红外辐射的峰值在60μ附近;第二类源的红外辐射来自拱星包层中的尘埃,中心恒星的辐射加热尘埃到几百度开,尘埃红外辐射的峰值在25μ或更短的波长上.
Based on research in to the far-infrared characteristics of 82 IRAS point sources with water maser emission we conclude that these sources consist of two catagories of objects: HII regions and OH/IR stars. The HII regions are surrounded by dust-gas envelopes, in which the dust is heated to tens of degrees of Kelvin by UV emission coming from central OB stars reemitting far-infrared photons with a peak value of flux around 60μm wavelength. The OH/IR stars have circumstellar envelopes in which the dust is heated to hundreds of degrees of Kelvin by emission coming from The central stars. This dusts re-emits infrared emssion with a peak value of flux near 25μm or shorter.
