摘要
经国际天文协会(IAU)认可,上海天文台从1988年起作为经典技术分析中心(ACOT)继续从事全球经典技术资料的收集、整理和分析研究工作. 本文对1988年各参加台站的观测情况和地球自转参数(ERP)的确定方法作了介绍,并将所确定的ERP与国际地球自转服务(IERS)的结果作了比较. 本文还对1978—1988年经典技术求解的每0.05年ERP与综合解作了系统比较.
Endorsed by the IAU Committee 19, the Shanghai Observatory has been charged with the duty as a data analysis center of optical technique (ACOT) until 1990. In 1988 a total of 14, 509 group observations which were obtained with 64 instruments of 15 countries were collected by the Shanghai are shown in Table 1. The numbers of latitude and universal time observations and their relative weights in different kind of instruments and continents are shown in Table 2 and Table 3 respectively. In order to keep the extending ERP in BIH 79 system during 1988—1990, there is no significant changes in the method which was used for determing ERP by the BIH before. Raw and smoothed values of ERP in 5-day interval for 1988 are shown in Table 4. Yearly average of the normal errors in x, y, and UT1-UTC are ±0″.0129, ±0″.0106, and ±0~s.00099 respectively. The traces of the north pole and UTI-UTC are shown in Fig. 1. The comparison of the smoothed ERP between IERS and ACOT are shown in Table 5 and Fig. 2. The raw and smoothed values of ERP in 0.05 year interval are shown in Table 6. In order to evaluate the measuring accuracies of local latitude and universal time for an instrument, the typical fluctuation ε_φ (Lat.) and/or ε_γ (UT.) for a single measurement were calculated with the formulae (2), (9), and (10). Some stations, where their ε_φ and/or ε_T are better than ±0″.10 and ±0~s.010 respectively, are lised in Table 7.
