摘要
目的:探讨卤米松乳膏在治疗慢性湿疹和神经性皮炎中的作用和优点。方法:按一定的选入标准和排除标准,选定神经性皮炎和慢性湿疹患者各50例,根据皮损情况可连续用药2～4疗程,然后按四级来评定疗效。结果:神经性皮炎和慢性湿疹100例经澳能卤米松乳膏治疗后总痊愈率为53.0%,显效率为81.0%,有效率为97.0%。结论:澳能卤米松乳膏对神经性皮炎和慢性湿疹有很好的近期效果。
Objective：To inquirie into the affect and advantage of Halometasone cream in the treatment of neurodermatitis and chronic eczema . Methods ： According to certain Opt - in and exclusion criteria, select 50 patients with Neurodermatitis and 50 patients with chronic eczema, Accord- ing to lesions of the situation with continuous medication for 2 to 4 course ,Then on the basis of 4 steps to evaluate the efficacy. Result： the total cure rate of Halometasone cream on treatment of neurodermatitis and chronic eczema is 53.0% ,the significant efficiency is 81.0% ,the efficient is 97.0%. Conclusion ： Aoneng Halometasone cream has a good recent results to neurodermatitis and chronic eczema.
