氟伐他汀对心梗大鼠NF-KBp65和可溶性细胞间黏附因子-1表达的影响

摘要 目的观察氟伐他汀对大鼠非心肌梗死区药物干预前后核因子-κB p65(NF-κB p65)和可溶性细胞间黏附因子-1(sICAM-1)浓度的影响及临床意义。方法 40只大鼠随机分为正常组、假手术组、心梗组和氟伐他汀组,每组10只。手术成功后正常组、假手术组和心梗组给予生理盐水灌胃,氟伐他汀组给予氟伐他汀20 mg/kg灌胃,均每日1次,连续4周。4周后采用RT-PCR方法观察大鼠非心肌梗死区NF-κBp 65和可溶性细胞黏附因子-1表达的差异。结果 NF-κB p65和可溶性细胞黏附因子-1浓度水平,正常组与假手术组差异无显著性(P>0.05);正常组及假手术组与心梗组比较有显著差异(P<0.05);正常组及假手术组与氟伐他汀组比较有显著差异(P<0.05);氟伐他汀组NF-κB p65和可溶性细胞黏附因子-1浓度水平相比心梗组有明显下降(P<0.05)。结论氟伐他汀能显著改善大鼠非梗死区的炎症反应,其作用可能与其抑制核内转录因子NFKB的活性表达及降低可溶性细胞黏附因子sICAM-1浓度水平有关。
