摘要
研 究了氯 丁橡胶的 辐射硫 化工艺,发 现含有4 份 多官能团 单体4 G、4 份氧 化镁及30 份碳黑的 氯丁橡胶 试样接 受30 ~50 k Gy 电子束 辐射后,发 生了交 联。产品 物理性 能均 达到 或超 过了化学硫 化可达 到的数值 ,因而在 某些场合 氯丁橡 胶辐射硫 化法可以 取代化 学硫化法 。
A new vulcanization processes of CR has been studied radiation vulcanization It has been found that CR containing 4phr PFM 4G, 30phr carbon black and 4phr MgO can be vulcanizede at 30~ 50kGy And in that case radiation vulcanized CR rubbers have better physical properties comparing to those of tradiational chemical vulcanized CR rubbers Soinsome case, CR can be vulcanized by radiation instand of chemical methods
