摘要
从建设项目的用地类型,使用林地后可能造成的不良影响,拟占用、征用林地现状调查,对环境和林业发展的影响评价,植被恢复可行性评价,综合评价,保障措施和可行性研究结论等几方面论述了建设项目使用林地可能带来的负面影响,以及对项目建设使用林地进行可行性研究的必要性.
From all aspects,i.e.used land type in construction,possible adverse effect created after forestland occupation,situation investigation of pre-occupant and occupant forestland,influence appraisal of environment and forestry development,vegetation restore,feasible appraisal,comprehensive evaluation,supporting measures and feasibility study and so on.The possible negative influence brought by forestland occupation in construction,as well as the necessity of feasibility study were discussed in this paper.
