不同麻醉诱导药物用于急性左心衰竭患者急诊气管插管的比较 被引量：6

摘要 目的比较不同麻醉药物对急性左心衰竭患者急诊气管插管血流动力学的影响。方法将30例急性左心衰竭患者随机分为3组,分别给予地西泮、丙泊酚和依托咪酯进行麻醉诱导,记录患者插管前、插管即刻、插管后1 min的平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR)、血氧饱和度(SpO2)及插管次数、插管完成时间及有无其他并发症。结果丙泊酚组心血管功能抑制最明显,血流动力学波动大;依托咪酯组插管前后上述指标没有明显变化;地西泮组插管条件不够理想,MAP和HR明显升高。结论依托咪酯对于拟行急诊气管插管的患者是首选的静脉麻醉诱导药。
