延髓梗死28例临床特点与影像学分析 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨延髓梗死的临床及影像学特点。方法回顾性分析28例延髓梗死患者的临床资料及影像学检查结果。结果本组患者大部分出现眩晕、呕吐、共济失调、Horner征、感觉障碍等症状。MRI结果显示,患者除出现延髓外侧区受损症状外,还可伴有延髓腹内侧区、小脑、桥脑等多部位病变。血管检查多表现为椎动脉狭窄。结论头晕、感觉障碍、共济失调、Horner征等是延髓梗死的常见表现。MRI检查的诊断敏感性高。CTA能够提供较准确的血管病变部位及程度。
