磁性固位的下颌全口覆盖义齿侧向载荷下基牙支持组织的应力分布 被引量:25

摘要 目的:从力学角度研究磁性附着体能否对基牙起到保护作用。方法:用材料力学试验机测得磁体与支撑板之间最大静摩擦力,经公式计算得到磁性附着体固位的下颌全口覆盖义齿基牙所受侧向力值为2.49~4.06N;用三维有限元法计算和分析侧向载荷为4.41N时,基牙牙根周围牙槽骨的应力分布情况。结果:在侧向载荷下,基牙根周牙槽骨内各个层面的应力值较小且主要为压应力;在相同的侧向载荷下,基牙牙根长度的不同对基牙根周牙槽骨内的应力分布和最大压应力值无明显影响。结论:MegfitEX600磁性附着体用于下颌全口覆盖义齿,可有效避免对基牙产生的侧向力,对基牙具有保护作用。 Objective: To determine whether magnetic attachments can protect the abutment tooth from the aspect of the mechanics analysis. Methods: The lateral forces exerted on the abutment of magnetically retained mandibular complete overdenture were measured and calculated. The mean values of the lateral forces ranged from 2.49~4.06 N. Three dimensional finite element method was used to calculate the stresses in the supporting tissue of the abutment when a lateral load of 4.41 N was exerted directly on the attached surface of the keeper. Results: The minimum principal stresses in the alveolar bone around the abutment root were small. As the height of the bone around the abutment roots decreased, the magnitude and distribution pattern of the stress had no significant change. Conclusion: Megfit EX 600 magnetic attachments can avoid injurious lateral forces exerted on the abutment tooth, and protect the abutment tooth.
