摘要
绿色保险制度已被发达国家普遍采用,是解决环境损害赔偿责任问题的主要方式之一。文章在分析我国绿色保险制度建设背景的基础上,剖析了我国绿色保险制度建设的实践与问题,归纳与总结了国外绿色保险制度建设的经验和启示,最后提出了加强我国绿色保险制度建设的八点对策建议。
Green-insurance system, one of the main ways to resolve the problems of compensation liability for environmental damages, has being widely used in developed countries. Basing on the construction of green-insurance systems in China, the author analyses the practical implements of/on the construction of green-insurance systems and the existing problems and summarizes the experience from overseas. The author proposes eight countermeasures to strengthen the construction of green-insurance systems in China.
