摘要
纺织工业是绍兴的传统优势产业和主导产业，占据绍兴经济“半壁江山”。文章从先进制造业基地建设的视角，通过大量调查问卷的实证分析发现，创新环境、人才储备程度等因素是影响绍兴纺织工业转型升级的关键因素，并就此提出了相关的战略对策。
The textile industry is the traditional competitive industries and leading industry, in Shaoxing, accounting for Shaoxing economy ＂half＂. Based in the perspective of advanced manufacturing base and through a large number of empirical analysis of the questionnaire, we find that innovative environment, talent pool and other factors are the key factors affecting the transformation and upgrading of Shaoxing textile industry, and make the relevant strategic measures.
