Application of the Multi-Element Connection Number Model in Safety Evaluation of Coal Mine

摘要 基于集对分析的多目标决策原理和方法,建立了煤矿安全评价的多元联系数模型.该模型能够科学、合理地确定样本指标的联系度,合理给出样本的评价等级.应用该模型对4个矿井进行了安全评价,取得了满意的结果.应用结果表明:该模型计算过程简洁,计算结果可靠,不仅可得到具体的评价等级,定量衡量煤矿安全水平的高低,而且可以得到煤矿安全的优劣顺序,评价结果更符合实际. Based on the principle and method of multi-objective decision of set pair analysis,we established the multi-element connection number model for safety evaluation of coal mine.The connection degree of the sample index and the evaluation classification of the sample can be determined scientifically and reasonably by using this model.Safety evaluations in four mines were applied of this model,getting satisfactory results.The results of application showed that the calculation process of the model was simple and clear and the calculation results were reliable.The detailed indexes of evaluating system can be obtained,which measured quantificationally the level of coal mine safety production.Meanwhile the preferential orders of coal mine safety can also be evaluated.So the evaluation results by the method are more coincident with practical situation.
