摘要
家庭经济困难学生认定工作是高校落实国家家庭经济困难学生资助工作的关键。目前家庭经济困难学生认定工作中存在主观性强、难以量化以及认定成本高等问题,通过对家庭经济困难学生认定问题进行充分调研与分析,得出家庭经济困难学生认定工作的统一量化模式,加强其评价的客观性,降低认定的主观性,提出三种有效的量化和评价方法,对其计算方法进行了分析和阐述。
Identifying poverty stricken college students is the key for colleges to distribute national subsidies for poor students.At present,there are a number of problems in identifying poverty stricken students,such as high subjectivity,difficult quantification,and high identification cost.Through the thorough investigation and analysis,the article concludes that a mode should be established for the quantification of poor student identification so as to enhance the objectivity of evaluation and reduce the subjectivity of identification.The article also puts forward three effective quantification and evaluation methods,and analyzes their calculation methods.
