弱精子症患者精子中ATP和琥珀酸脱氢酶的含量与精子活率的关系 被引量:14

Relationship between Levels of ATP and Succinate Dehydrogenase in Spermatozoa in the Patients with Asthenospermia and Sperm Motility

摘要 采用生物发光技术和酶组织化学方法检测了75例不育症男子精子中的ATP和琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)。其中精液参数正常者25 例, 弱精子症50 例。结果发现, 精液参数组精子中ATP含量为 (136.7±72.8) pm ol/百万个精子(106), 弱精子症组(69.5±21.3) pm ol/百万个精子(106), 两组有显著性差异(P< 0.01)。SDH主要分布在精子尾部中段, 两组有极显著性差异 (P< 0.01)。SDH 活力与精子活率呈正相关, 研究表明SDH 活性减低, 可影响ATP的生成, The levels of ATP and succinate dehydroge nase (SDH) in spermatozoa of 75 infertile men were detected by bioluminecence and enzyme histochemistry Among them 25 cases (group A) had normal parameter of seminal samples, 50(group B) diagnosed as having asthenospermia The experimental results showed that the levels of ATP were (136 7±27 8) mmol/10 6 spermatozoa in group A, (69 5±21 3)mmol/10 6 spermatozoa in group B( P <0 01) SDH was mainly located in the midpiece of sperm flagellum with the differences being significant between the two groups( P <0 01) A positive correlation was observed between SDH activity and sperm motility It was suggested that deficiency of SDH activity may influence production of ATP and shortage of ATP in sperm with asthenospermia may lower sperm motility
