摘要
目的:探讨胆囊切除术后综合征(postcholecystectomy syndrome,PCS)的中医病因病机及辨证分型。方法:通过总结归纳、搜集整理文献、梳理等方法进行探讨。结果与结论:PCS证型主要包括肝郁气滞、肝胆湿热、气滞血瘀。治宜抓住PCS病机,治疗肝胆脾胃失调为关键,辨证论治,从整体出发,提高中医药治疗本病的临床疗效。
Objective：To explore the Chinese Medicine Pathogenesis and syndrome differentiation classification of PCS.Methods：Through summaring,reducing,collecting and tiding the literature,comb,etc.Results and Conclusion：PCS is as follows：qi stasis and live silt,liver and gallbladder wet heat,qi and blood stasis spleen and stomach imbalance between the key,dialectics therapy from the start of the clinical effect of chinese medicine treatment on PCS.
