摘要
城市水系规划应着重于水系总体架构、水安全、水环境、水景观、水文化、水经济、滨水空间控制等,体现城市水系的全面性和系统性,满足社会经济用水、生态环境用水和人文环境用水等方面的需求。
Urban water system planning should put emphasis on the overall arrangement,water environment,water landscape,water culture,water economy,control of waterfront space ect,to embody the comprehensiveness and systematicness of urban water system and to meet the need of society and economy,ecological environment and human environment.
