摘要
目的提高对多房性囊性肾瘤的认识。方法报告１例并结合文献讨论其发病情况，病理学特征，诊断和治疗方法。结果本例术前拟诊肾母细胞瘤，化疗后肿瘤缩小，手术完整切除，术后随访肿瘤无复发。结论确诊依靠病理学，治疗有赖于手术，对于较大肿瘤可行术前化疗，其余无需化疗或放疗，预后良好。
Objective To present a case and to improve the understanding of multilocular cystic nephroma. MethodsBZThe clinical,pathological manifestations,diagnosis and treatment of a case of multilocalar cystic nephroma was presented and discussed. Results Nephrectomy was undertaken after chemotherapy,the patient being well without recurrence. Conclusions Diagnosis depends on pathological manifestations,its differentiation from Wilm's tumor being quite difficult.Surgical intervention is effective and preoperative chemotherapy is necessary for large ones.The prognosis is good.
