摘要
随着外语教育改革和教学科研的不断深入,教师的专业发展已经成为提高外语教学质量的关键,而教师专业发展的核心就是反思。通过对反思性外语教学的内涵、特点、实施过程及反思策略的分析,指出教师的专业成长应以反思实践为基本路径,在教学中开展反思性教学能使外语教师走出经验的误区,建立和发展自身的教学风格和教学理念,将教学和科研融为一体,最终实现自我完善。
With the development of further innovation of foreign language teaching and scientific research,it is realized that teachers' professional development is the key to improve the quality of foreign language teaching,in which the core is reflection.This paper introduces the theory of reflection and reflective teaching,analyzes its application process and strategies.It presents the teachers' professional development should take practical reflection as a basic approach.It not only improves teaching effects,but also,more importantly,facilitates the growth of the teachers.
