摘要
介绍了磁力泵的基本工作原理和结构分类,总结了国内外在磁体排列方式、运行监控、数值分析等方面的研究现状。重点分析了磁力泵高温问题和两个技术难题。对磁力泵研究设计发展趋势的展望表明,采用先进的监测技术对预防运行失效有重要意义,磁力泵的研究主要依靠理论分析、优化设计和实验。
The basic working principle and structural classification of magnetic pump were described.A summary was given about magnet arrangement,operation monitoring,numerical analysis etc,at home and abroad.High-temperature problem of the magnetic pump and two technical problems were mainly analyzed.From the development trend of magnetic pump,we can see,advanced testing technology adopted for prevention of operational failure has great value.The research of magnetic pump relies mainly on the theoretical analysis,optimal design and experiment.
