档案信息作为信息产业的重要组成部分， 必须不断扩大向社会开放的力度，加强横向联系，组织联合目录，提高人员素质，加速档案信息的交流传递，才能适应社会各方面的需要。
Archieves information is an important integrant of information trade .Its dynamics of opening to the society must be increased,the lateral ties must be strengthened,the union catalogues must be organized ,the personnel quality must be heightened ,and its exchange and dissemination must be accelerated in order to fit in with the needs of various aspects of the society.
