摘要
装载机铲斗的形状、结构复杂,传统的类比经验设计方法难以计算应力分布,结构设计不尽合理,存在很大的盲目性.采用Pro/E完成铲斗三维实体建模,然后将模型导入ANSYS中,进行铲斗的有限元分析,同时对各板件的厚度进行了结构优化.分析结果表明:铲斗在满足性能和强度要求的前提下实现了轻量化,对铲斗及其他复杂结构件的优化设计具有指导意义.
Due to the shape and structural complexities of loader buckets, the traditional design methodologies on analogical experiences can hardly be used for effective stress distribution calculation and reasonable and targeting structural design. In particular, a 3D solid model is applied using Pro/ETM, and thereafter imported into ANSYSTM to conduct the Finite Element Analysis (FEA) on buckets. Meanwhile, the plate thickness of work-pieces is structurally optimized. Therein, it is found from analysis results that, pertaining to light-weight buckets to meet the demand on performance and stiffness, this approach sets a reference to the design of buckets and other complicated structures.
