摘要
对双歧杆菌细胞表面疏水性( Surface hydrophobility,简称 S H)、 Ca C O2 细胞的粘附性、刺激 Raw 2647 细胞及 Raw 2647 与 E L4 细胞混合培养细胞产生 T N Fα的情况等方面进行了研究。发现双歧杆菌对 Ca C O2 细胞的粘附力与其刺激 Raw 2647 细胞产生 T N Fα的能力密切相关,但菌种的疏水性与其粘附细胞的能力却无多大关系。双歧杆菌 B G N4 如作用于 Raw 2647 和 E L4 的混合培养细胞, T N Fα的产生随着 E L4 细胞浓度的增加而下降。双歧杆菌的疏水性与糖源有关,以葡萄糖为糖源,疏水能力最强,以蔗糖为糖源,疏水能力最差。双歧杆菌的疏水性与生长温度有密切的关系。
Various strains of Bifidobacterium were examined for surface hydrophobicity(SH),adhesion of CaCO 2 cells and ability to modulate TNF α production from murine macrophage cell line,Raw264 7,and T lymphocyte cell line,EL 4.Close Relalionship was found between their adhesion of CaCO 2 cells and ability to modulate TNF α production by RAW264.7 cells.TNF α production stimulated by BGN 4 decreased as the T cell concentration increased when examined using co incubation system of the RAW264.7 and EL 4 cells.The SH(surface hydrophobicity)of Bifidobacterium decreased as the growth temperature increased from 30℃ to 44℃.Glucose grown cells showed higher SH than sucrose grown cells.Further studies on the in vitro macrophage activation,SH and adherence to CaCO 2 cells of Bifidobacterium strains may reveal some implications on their in vivo probiotic effects.
