摘要
从社会学的视角分析集体项目运动队中的内在互动系统,探索竞技表现形成的内在动力机制.用系统方法分析竞技表现形成的内在互动系统,主要包括教练员与运动员之间的互动;运动员之间的互动,运动员间的互动主要包括协同、竞争和冲突.从运动队人员要素的互动关系看,教练员和运动员都是竞技表现实践活动的主体,运动员既是活动的主体,又是被控制的客体.运动队的竞技表现主要是通过运动员之间的互动获得,靠运动员的自我控制、自我决策.教练员对运动员的指挥和运动员之间的互动应该是和谐统一的.
From social science angle to analyse the intrinsic interactive system of team in team sports,explores the inherent dynamic mechanism of athletic performance formation.With systematic method to analyse the inherent interactive system of athletic performance formation.The interaction mainly include interaction between coach and athlete,interaction among athletes which are cooperation,competition and conflict.Viewing from the interactive relationship of team members,the coach and athlete are both subject of athletic performance practice,the athlete is not only the subject of activity,but also the object under control.The athletic performance of team are mainly required through interaction among athletes,and depends on the self-control,self-dicision of athlete.The instruction of coach to athlete and the interaction among athletes should be harmonious and unitized.
