摘要
社会管理的创新,应围绕其基本任务展开。新时期社会转型的全面加速和社会结构的急剧变迁,是我国社会管理创新的基本语境。倡导政社合作,实现多元共治,协调利益关系,应对社会风险,重建社会秩序,促进社会和谐,是我国社会管理在体制、机制和目标方面的创新之维。
The innovation of social administration should be centered on its fundamental tasks. The overall accelerating of social transformation and radical change of social structure are the basic context of social administration innovation in China. The mechanism and target innovations of social administration in China in the new period is to advocate the cooperation between government and society so as to share governance among multiple subjects, to harmonize benefit-based relationships so as to copy with social risks and to reestablish social order so as to promote social harmony are system.
