摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法,以钛酸四丁酯为原料制备了不同比例的铁掺杂纳米二氧化钛光催化剂,分别采用紫外漫反射和X射线粉末衍射技术对其光催化活性、晶相进行了表征。样品经干燥、研磨、焙烧后,以高压汞灯为光源,光催化降解直接耐酸性大红(4BS),对紫外光下掺铁TiO2的催化活性进行评价,研究不同掺铁量TiO2光催化剂对4BS降解率的影响。实验结果表明,掺铁能明显提高TiO2的光催化活性,当Fe掺入比例为8%(摩尔分数)时,对4BS的光催化降解效果最佳。
This paper took (C4H9O)4Ti as a material,TiO2 photocatalyst was prepared by Sol-gel.DRS,XRD were used to characterize the photocatalytic activity and phase of dusty TiO2. After drying,rubbing,burning and took high pressure mercury lamp as lamp-house,photocatalytic degradation 4BS,under UV light to evaluate Fe-doped TiO2 activity,and discussed the nanometer TiO2 regard the efficiency of 4BS degradation which was synthesized by changing the doping of iron. The result indicated that Fe-dopted can obviously improve activity of TiO2,when the doping of iron is 8%,the photocatalytic effect is the best of all.
