摘要 振动是机械结构不可避免的问题之一,它能造成加工误差,影响零件的加工精度。利用CAD建立激光打孔机初始设计结构的三维实体模型,采用ANSYS Workbench对其进行了模态分析。分析结果表明,初始机床设计结构将发生共振,需提高床身部分的刚度以避免共振。为激光打孔机床的设计、制造提供了理论依据。 Vibration is one of the most important problems in machine structure,which causes the manufacturing errors and influences the machining accuracy of the part.Three dimensional model of the Laser drilling machine of predesign is built with the CAD software and the result of model analysis is calculated with ANSYS Workbench.The result indicates that the sympathetic vibration will occur in the machine tool of predesign.The Lathe bed stiffness of the machine tool structure is improved and the sympathetic vibration has been avoided.The results can provide the academic basis for designing and manufacturing of the machine tool.
