立轴涡流式除沙池的试验研究

摘要 根据水流环流理论研制成的立轴涡流式除沙池,是用于渠道引水防沙的一种新型除沙池,与我国现行的各类沉沙池相比,具有节水、节能、节省投资和自动排沙的特点。理论分析和水工模型试验证明,对于0.25mm<d<0.50mm 的中沙和0.10mm<d<0.25mm 的细沙,除沙率均达90%左右,弃水率约为20%。 Sediment removing pool on Eddy Vertical Axis(EVA)is developed according to the principle of circulation.It is one of the best ways that can be used to preventchannel from sediment in comparision with the sediment pools that are using in China today,it has auto sediment removing,water-saving,energy-saving and investment-saving features.Theory analysis and model test show that the rate of sediment removing is 100 percent for the diameters of sediment through 0.25mm to 0.50mm and is 90 percent for those through 0.10 mm to 0.25 mm both with 20 percent of water lost.
