摘要
足及踝部解剖结构复杂,病变多种多样,其传统的影像学诊断方法有X线、CT、磁共振成像。随着高频探头的问世及超声诊断技术的迅速发展,超声已不仅仅局限应用于胸腹部、妇产科、小器官,还可以应用于关节、肌肉、肌腱、骨骼、血管、周围神经、韧带等软组织的病变,成为肌肉骨骼系统疾病首选的影像学诊断方法。
Foot and ankle not only have complex anatomical structures but also suffer from diverse pathologic conditions.The conventional diagnostic methods of foot and ankle disorders include X-ray,computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging.With the creation of high-frequency probe and the rapid development of ultrasonic diagnostic technique,ultrasonography is not only used for the diagnosis of chest,abdomen,obstetrics,gynecology and small organs but also in the examination of syntaxis,muscles,tendon,skeleton,vasa sanguinea,peripheral nerve,ligaments,and soft tissue diseases.High-frequency ultrasonography has become the preferred imaging diagnostics in muscle skeletal diseases.
