摘要
目的观察灵芝三萜类化合物(GLT)对自然衰老大鼠的抗衰老的作用。方法以12只健康青年SD大鼠为正常对照组,60只自然衰老大鼠随机分为衰老模型组、GLT低、高剂量、溶媒组、阳性药对照共5组,灌胃给药后,检测大鼠脑组织一氧化氮(NO)含量以及一氧化氮合酶(NOS),血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)和单胺氧化酶(MAO)的活力。结果与正常对照组相比,衰老模型组大鼠脑组织中NO含量降低,NOS活力降低,血清T-AOC活性降低,MAO活力升高;与衰老模型组相比,GLT组大鼠脑组织中NO含量升高、NOS活力升高,血清中T-AOC活性升高、MAO活力降低。结论 GLT可以有效地调节自然衰老大鼠体内的氧化水平,延缓衰老进程。
OBJECTIVE To study effects of Ganoderma lucidum triterpenoids(GLT) on the anti-aging in natural aged rats.METHODS Twelve young healthy SD rats were served as normal control group.Sixty natural aged rats were randomly divided into five groups:model group,low dose,high dose GLT groups,solvent group and positive group.The activities of total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC),monoamine oxidase(MAO) and nitricoxide synthase(NOS) and the contents of nitrogen monoxidum(NO) in body were detected using biochemical mothed.The correlation between the GLT and biochemical indexs was investigated.RESULTS Decreased NO,NOS and T-AOC and increased MAO were observed in aged rats.Administration of GLT significantly increased the activities of NOS and TAOC and decreased the activity of MAO and increased the content of NO in body in aged rats.CONCLUSION Correlated antioxidant activity in the body in aged rats is in accordance with the normal aging process.GLT can be used compensate the decline in the activities of anti-oxidation and there by to inhabit the aging process.
