摘要
全面阐述了徐州景点地产、商务地产、度假地产、景观地产的发展现状及存在的问题,指出徐州旅游地产开发存在景点开发盲目模仿、商务配套措施不完善、缺乏特色旅游休闲项目等问题,并提出了相应的解决方法,为徐州老工业基地的转型提供了新的思路。
The paper analyzes in detail the development status of tourist attraction property,commercial real estate,holiday real estate,waterscape real estate,points out the existing problems such as improper imitation,incomplete supporting measures,deficiency in unique tourism program,etc.Also the paper provides corresponding solutions,the paper offers a new method of paradigm shift for Xuzhou from a mining city to tourist city.
