摘要
高等学校反腐倡廉制度建设是惩治和预防腐败体系建设的重要内容,是加强反腐倡廉建设的紧迫任务。发挥制度在反腐倡廉中的根本作用,对于加强高等学校党的执政能力建设,建设现代化大学具有重大的现实意义。而当前高等学校的反腐倡廉制度建设还存在着体系不健全、内容不完善、贯彻执行不到位等问题,高等学校加强反腐倡廉制度建设应该营造宣传制度、执行制度的良好氛围,提高党员干部的制度意识;深入调查研究,增强制度的科学性、针对性和实效性;注重现有制度的体系化建设,注意制度建设的层次性和系统性;注重制度建设与制度的贯彻执行相统一,推动制度贯彻落实机制建设和执行的监督检查。
The system building for fighting corruption and fostering cleanliness in colleges and universities is one of the important contents of the system building of combating and preventing corruption and an urgent task for strengthening the fighting corruption and fostering cleanliness building.Giving full scope to system in fighting corruption and fostering cleanliness is of much significance for strengthening the Party＇s ruling capacity building in colleges and universities and building modern universities.Currently,problems exist in the system building for fighting corruption and fostering cleanliness in colleges and universities,such as irregularity of system,imperfection of content and failure in fully carrying out the anti-corruption policies.So in order to strengthen the system building for fighting corruption and fostering cleanliness colleges and universities are suggested to create a good atmosphere for publicizing and carrying out the anti-corruption system so as to improve the Party members＇ sense of system,make further investigations to make the system more scientific,directional and of more limitation,attach much importance to the systematization building of the current systems and pay attention to the hierarchy and systematization of the system building,and lay emphasis on the agreement of the system building with the system exercising and give impetus to the supervision and check on the system building and the system exercising.
