摘要
通过对陕西国有林场发展现状及存在问题的分析,提出"构建现代国有林场管理体制、完善林场基础设施和技术装备、创新森林经营管理机制、建立产业发展机制、创建和谐新林区"的现代国有林场建设发展思路,并研究制定了"管理体制、基础设施、森林经营、产业开发、资源管护、和谐林区"六个方面的现代国有林场建设和发展措施。
In light of the problems with the construction and development of the current state-owned forest farms in Shaanxi,the development concept of the forest farms were proposed,that is,constructing modern state-owned forest farms management system,improving infrastructure and technique facility of forest farms,innovating forest management mechanism,setting up development mechanism of industries and formulating new harmonious forest region.Measures regarding those six aspects of management system,infrastructure construction,industrial development and resources management were proposed.
