摘要
本文分析了导致市郊公路交通拥挤和阻塞的8项主要原因,提出了缓解市郊公路交通拥挤、阻塞现象的9项对策;分析了评价交通拥挤和拥挤路段的标准,还对快、慢车分车道行驶的二级公路的快车道宽度和其中仅供自行车用慢车道通行能力进行了研究.
In this paper, eight major causes of traffic congestion and jam on suburban highways are interpreted and nine countermeasurs are put forword to release such difficulties, meanwhile, the evaluation criteria for classifying the traffic congestion and traffic jam sections are discussed. A study has been made on both the width of the fast lanes and the traffic capacity of the special bicycle traffic of a Class-Ⅱ highway with fast lanes and slow lanes separated.
