摘要
研究了由碱金属(K)改性含Mn(或Ti、Th、Mg)的铜—锌系合成低碳混合醇催化剂。实验表明,该催化体系的佐化性能稳定,在空速3000~4000h^(-1),压力5.0MPa,温度290℃时,碳二以上醇类含量为15%~20%,总醇时空产率为0.3~0.6g/h·ml;温度310℃时,碳二以上醇类含量为20%~25%,总醇时空产率为0.2~0.4g/h·ml,产物中水含量约1%,醇选择性为95%以上。此外,对于改性催化剂中,加入Mn(或Ti、Th)及碱金属(K)的作用也进行了讨论。
In this paper, some alkali (K) modified Cu-Zn catalysts which contain Mn (or Ti, Th, Mg) elements for the synthesis of low alcohols were investigated. Experiments showed that the catalytic activity and selectivity of catalysts were stable. The content of C_2^+OH was 15-20% and the yield of alcohols was 0.3-0.6g/h·ml at 290℃, and the content of C_2~2+OH was 20-25%, the yield of alcohols was 0.2-0.4g/h·ml at 310℃ when the space velocity of 3000-4000 h^(-1) and the reaction pressure of 5.0 MPa were applied. Generally, the content of water in products was 1%,the seletivity of alcohols was over 95%. In addition, the roles of Mn,Ti, Th and alkali metal (K) were also discussed.
