摘要
本文从沿海地区的特点出发,从外贸、能源运输、乡镇工业的发展和客运等四个方面分析了外向型经济对交通运输的新需求;分析了沿海地区交通运输严重紧张的现状及存在的主要问题;提出了沿海地区公路运输发展战略,即在建设沿海高等级公路网(由一条纵向的串联沿海各主要港口的高等级公路和横向的疏港高速公路与汽车专用路组成)的基础上,形成快速公路客货运输系统,实现公路运输功能的转变.
In this paper, demands on transport that might be brought about by the economic development strategy of coastal area are analysed in the following 4 aspects based on the features of the coastal area: foreign trade, energy transportation, development of rural industries and passenger transport and the serious conditions of traffic congestions and the existing main problems concerned are also analysed. The author puts forward a development strategy for highway transportation in the coastal area, i. e, high-grade highway network formed by a longitudinal coastal highway of high-grade linking up the main sea ports and some transversal freeways and motor way for linking the ports with the inland and a rapid highway transport system have to be built to switch the role of highway transportation.
