摘要
目的探讨交变脉冲磁场(AIMF)对肿瘤组织杀伤作用及免疫效应的机理。方法应用AIMF对60只接种H22肝癌的昆明小鼠作杀伤实验,对组织形态学、抑瘤率及免疫学指标进行检测。结果AIMF对肿瘤细胞具有选择性杀伤和抑制肿瘤组织生长的作用,曝磁15天与对照组瘤重分别为(0.760±0.613)g,(1.951±0.822)g;肿瘤体积为(1.648±0.683)cm3,(3.976±0.847)cm3,t=5.856,8.973,P<0.01,两组差异有非常显著性。对正常组织无副损伤。各免疫指标与对照组差异有显著性。结论AIMF具有直接杀伤癌细胞、抑制肿瘤组织生长的作用,并且对荷瘤小鼠的免疫功能有调节作用。
Objective To investigate the mechanism of strong alternating impulse magnetic field(AIMF) on killing tumor cells and immunity effect for H22 hepatoma-bearing mice.Methods The experimental study of AIMF on anti-tumor and immunomodulation effect was conducted in 60 male Kunming mice with H22 hepatoma.The histomorphological change,tumor-suppressed rate and immune indexes were observed.Results Under the light microscope,it was seen that the tumor cells were selectively killed and the tumor growth was suppressed after AIMF treatment.However,this magnetic field hadn't injurred the normal tissues and organs.After 15 days of exposed magnetic field,the tumor weight and tumor volume in experimental mice were respectively (0.760±0.163)g and (1.648±0.683)cm 3;in control group,they were separately (1.951±0.822)g and (3.972±0.847)cm 3.There was a significant difference in immune indexes compared with the control group.Conclusion It is suggested that the AIMF can directly kill the tumor cells,suppress the tumor growth and regulate the immunological function for H22 hepatoma-bearing mice.
