摘要
目的了解物理治疗在老年病中的应用情况及前景。方法回顾性总结２０年１２２８例老年人理疗的疾病种类和治疗效果。结果骨关节病的治愈显效率为３６．９％，有效率为９４．０％；皮肤和皮下组织感染的治愈显效率为９４．６％，有效率９９．８％；注射硬结、静脉炎、褥疮的治愈显效率７４．９％，有效率９９．４％。结论物理疗法治疗老年病效果良好，值得进一步开展与研究。
Objective The paper was to investigate the current situation and prospects of physiotherapy application to senile diseases.Methods The effects of physiotherapy in 1228 senile cases with different kinds of diseases in past 20 years were summarized retrospectively.Results An obvious effect and the effective rate of physiotherapy on osteoarthropathy was 36.9% and 94.0% respectively;the cutanrous and subcutaneous infection was 94.6% and 99.8%;the induration injected,phlebitis and decubitus was 74.9% and 99.4%.Conclusion The results show that the physiotherapy has a good effect for some senile diseases.It is worth to develop and study the physiotherapy again.
