摘要
高层办公建筑在节能设计方面存在一些常见问题,如自然采光利用率低、人工控制室内通风效果不佳、外围护结构保温隔热能力差、可再生能源的利用率不高等。本文以西安地区为例,通过对12栋高层办公建筑进行能耗调研,针对以上问题提出了改进建议与对策,以期对高层办公建筑生态化发展提供有益的借鉴。
There are some problems for the energy-saving design of high-rise office buildings,such as low utilization of natural lighting,poor performance of manual control of room ventilation,poor thermal insulation of exterior envelope,lacking of the renewable energy usage for equipment system.In this paper,taking Xi＇an as an example,several suggestions and strategies focusing on the above common problems were proposed based on the energy consumption investigation of 12 high-rise office buildings.The conclusions of this paper could be considered as the reference for ecological development of high-rise office buildings.
