摘要
目的 :为了研究四类新药苦参软膏的临床治疗效果和不良反应。方法 :采用随机单盲方法 ,应用苦参软膏治疗阴道炎 1 0 0例。结果 :治疗有效率达 91 .0 % ,未见不良反应。结论 :证明苦参软膏治疗阴道炎是有效和安全的 ,值得临床推广应用。
OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the therapeutic effect and safety of unguent Kushen,a new drug of category Ⅳ,in the treatment of vaginitis.METHODS:100 patients of vaginitis were treated with unguent Kushen randomly by single blind.The therapeutic effect and adverse reaction were observed.RESULTS:The effective rate was 91.0%.No adverse reaction was found.CONCLUSION:Unguent Kushen is effective and safe in the treatment of vaginitis.
