摘要
目的 :考察室温、3 7℃下 ,5 Fu与 3种输液配伍的稳定性。方法 :用HPLC法测定配伍后 2 4h内 5 Fu的含量、pH ,同时观察外观。结果 :室温、3 7℃下 2 4h内配伍液的外观澄明、无色变及沉淀 ,pH及含量无明显变化。结论 :室温、3 7℃下 2 4h内 ,5 Fu与 3种输液可以配伍使用。
OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the stability of 5 Fu in three infusious at room temperature and 37℃ for 24 hours.METHODS:5 Fu was determined by HPLC and the pH was determined with a pH meter.The descriptions were observed.RESULTS:There was no significant change in pH of the mixed solutions and 5 Fu concentration at room temperature and 37℃ for 24 hours.The infusions were transparent,no color and preripitate produced.CONCLUSION:5 Fu can be mixed with three infusions at room temperature and 37℃ for 24 hours.
