摘要
探讨不同经穴的镇痛作用及针刺镇痛中多巴胺（ＤＡ）与性激素的关系。方法在去卵巢（ＯＶＸ）大鼠和ＯＶＸ加注雌二醇（ＯＶＸ＋Ｅ２）大鼠黑质（ＳＮ）神经元的自发放电和几种刺激的诱发反应之后，分别电针“肾俞”或“三阴交”两穴，以观察电针不同经、穴对上述反应的影响。结果电针“三阴交”后，两组自发放电均趋抑制；而电针“肾俞”后，两组放电均有不同程度激活。结论经、穴对同一ＳＮ单位的不同作用表明经、穴是相对独立存在的，各经、穴分别产生不同的调节机制；针刺在镇痛过程中可能对体内的激素水平、镇痛系统和递质系统产生了复杂的综合调节作用。
Objective To
investigate the analgetic effect of different acupoints of regular channels and the relation
between dopamine (DA) and sexual hormones in acupuncture analgesia. Methods After
spontaneous discharge from and the induced reactions to several stimulations of neurons in
sustantia nigra (SN) of ovariectomized (OVX) rats and OVX rats injected with estradiol,points
shenshu (B23) and Sanyinjiao (SP6) were respectively electropunctured to observe the
influence of electropuncture of different channels and acupoints on the above reactions.
Results After electropuncture of Sanyinjiao,spontaneous discharge tended to be inhibited;after
electropuncture of Shenshu,discharge was activated in varying degrees,in the two groups.
Conclusion The differences in spontaneous discharge from and induced reactions of SN
neurons among different levels of sexual hormones reflect the influence of sexual hormones on
dopamine (DA) neurons;The different effects of different channels and points on the identical SN
unit show the relatively independent existence of channels and points,and the different
mechanisms of regulation by various channels and points;the different effects of the two
channels and the two points on SN units indicate that acupuncture may produce a complex and
comprehensive adjusting effect on the body's hormone level,analgetic system and transmitter
system during analgesia.
