摘要
通过分析某医院专业技术人员队伍的现状和专业技术人才的特性，论证大医院专业技术人员合理流动的必要性和迫切性。
By analyzing the status quo of the professional and technical team and the characteristics of the professional and technical talents in a certain general hospital, the paper demonstrates the necessity and urgency of the rational flow of professional and technical personnel from general hospitals. It also puts forward some measures and channels which may result in the rational flow of professional and technical personnel by means of readjusting the existing mechanism of personnel mobility.
