摘要
在高职教育教学改革过程中，如何根据教高[2006]16号文件精神，加强校企合作，加强实训、实习基地建设，促进工学结合的开展，提高学生的实际动手能力是研究的重要课题之一。本文在介绍“模拟公司制”教学模式创新的必要性基础上，提出了创新研究的基本思路，并结合实践提出了一些观点和做法。
In the process of higher vocational teaching reform, in accordance with the content of the Higher Education 16th Document, it is an important research subject to strengthen the school -enterprise cooperation, to facilitate practical training and internships base construction, to promote work - learning integration, and to enhance the students^manipulative ability. This paper has introduced the need of conducting ＂ Corporate Simu- lation System＂ teaching mode, put forward the basic ideas of the innovative research, and proposed some views and practices combined with the practice.
