摘要
学习语言的目的是为了使用语言，高职英语教学应以培养学生的应用语言能力为目的。本文通过分析当前高职英语教学中存在的问题，结合实际教学实践，提出有助于高职学生提高外贸英语函电水平与能力的有效方式。
The purpose of learning language is to use it. The aim of English teaching in Higher Vocational College is to develop the students＇ ability to use the language. The article analyses the problems in teaching and puts forward some effective ways to improve the students＇ ability and level in using business letters.
