摘要
加入WTO,使中国旅行社业面临着全球性的竞争态势。在竞争日趋激烈的市场上,人力资源管理效率直接决定了旅行社企业的生存和发展。针对目前宁波市旅行社企业在人力资源现状和存在的问题,结合旅行社的行业特点,围绕如何进行行之有效的人力资源管理提出可行性对策,以此提高旅行社核心竞争力,促进旅行社行业持续、健康、稳定地发展。
After China entered WTO, the Chinese travel agency industry faces global competition trend. In an increasingly competitive market, the efficiency of human resources management decides directly to the survival and development of the travel agency business. The article according to the status and human resources problems of Ningbo travel agents, combi- ning the characteristics of the travel agent industry, put on the feasibility approach focusing on how to carry out effective hu- man resource management , to enhance travel agents core competitiveness, promoting sustainable travel industry healthy and stable development.
